Read MoreNext time you ride or hike a trail in a Park or on a paved multi-use urban trail use our App to identify the trail and make a donation directly to the owners or the people who diligently maintain it for all of us to enjoy. It is hard work and takes many free volunteer hours. To show your appreciation donate as little as a $5 to every trail you ride.
Read MoreRuts and footprints also hold pools of water on the trail surface which causes saturation of the soil and greatly slows drying. If these puddles are disturbed by users they can quickly turn into large mud pits. People naturally try to avoid the mud by walking/riding around the puddles which only makes the mud pit grow wider and harder to repair.

This program provides eligible groups the opportunity to apply for a grant to fund their next trail improvement related project, which could range from trail clean-up, trail restoration, and/or trail expansion.
Read MoreWe know asking everyone to wait until all trails are 100% dry before venturing out is about is not very effective. No one likes being told what to do, especially in nature, however, we do ask that you take responsibility for your actions and consider the potential impact you are having now and down the road. Think about it this way: the more time trail volunteers have to spend repairing trails, the less time and effort they can allocate towards new and improved trails.
